Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

An accomplished security practitioner; Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Occupational Health and Safety Manager (COHSM) and a Lawyer, whose versatile experiences in both public and private organizations across different strata of management and leadership roles, make his services delivery always standout.

With over 39 years of practical experiences, he has an extremely rounded security expertise in Security Operations (assets, executives and persons-at-risk protection, kidnap management), Intelligence gathering, analysis and forecast, Investigation, and Security Risk Assessment, among others. A combination of his skillsets and experiences in both Law and Security, adequately makes the AISL, a security company of choice.

Very strong relationship with top personnel in the Government Security Agencies, robust experience working for a reputable International Oil Company (ExxonMobil), at a managerial position, and the biggest national oil company in Africa (NNPC), at an executive position; transformational leadership in official and non-official levels, coupled with effective communication skills, are his other key assets.

He uses his NGO, Barr SAM OTOBOEZE FOUNDATION (BSOF) to provide alternative security for rural communities in Nigeria

Maduka is a certified Accountant of many years standing with integrity. He has contributed immensely towards the building and development of firms both indigenous and Nigerian segment of foreign companies at a critical economic quagmire in our Country.

He brought to bear his micro and macro-economic expertise through optimal utilization of Human and Material Resources.

Maduka is highly experienced in haulage and supply chain security management.

Director Operations

Dan is an Intelligence Analyst, Trainer and Pro-Active Character with consistent inter-personal relation traits. He pays utmost attention to details at his work and in his interface with the peoples.

Dan served the country under the Department of State Services (DSS) for decades from where he retired meritoriously. He was at various times Staff Officer (SO) Principal Staff Officer (PSO), Administration, Operation, Training, Surveillance and Intelligence. Until his retirement, he was Assistant Director, vetting at the National Headquarters, Abuja. He served at Abia, Imo, Lagos, Edo, Bauchi and Niger states. He was recognised for his outstanding Security Knowledge and Experience by the Service.
During his career he was exposed and acquired both Local and International courses relevant to his assigned responsibilities in Intelligence Management/Analysis and Inter-Agency Program at Armed Forces and Command Staff College (AFCSC) Jaji, Kaduna. He is a graduate of Public Administration/Government and Member Several Professional Bodies, Local and International.

Dan is also a Director with a leading Publisher, EMDORAY Nigeria Limited in partnership with some global companies on topical and contemporary issues. He is aptly equipped intellectually on a wide spectrum in Risk Mitigation and Security Management competence.

Manager, Legal & Compliance/Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO

Mills O. Osuamkpe Esq. is a seasoned legal practitioner. He possesses LL.B Honours degree from Rivers State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar over fourteen (14) years ago. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

He is well experienced in legal practice and procedure having worked with some notable law firms. His experience also covers corporate/commercial practice, as he spent a number of years in the banking sector in the Legal/Compliance department. He is a realtor and also worked as Legal Instructor at the Nigerian Army School of Military Police (NASMP) at Basawa, Zaria.

Mills is a Christian and is married with a son and daughter.

He is an avid player of chess and loves to travel.
