Journey Management

Having been responsible for high level journey management for top executives in both Government and Corporate organizations (oil and Gas) for about 40 years, we are thoroughly equipped to offer same services to clients, with remarkable differences.

This will involve:  

• Provision of escort team with Principal Vehicle from the airport to accommodation area for company executives, expatriates and At-Risk-Personnel of companies traveling or returning from abroad,
• Meet and Greet airport protocol services,
• Pre-arrival inspection of accommodation area to ensure that appropriate sterilization of room/apartment has been carried out
• Pre-departure security briefing  and;
• Interface with accommodation area security lead for follow-up
• Coordination of emergency response, when the need arises
