It was a night of reflection, excellence, and national pride at the Platinum Jubilee of Free Universal Primary Education, held on October 9, 2025, at Eko Hotel, Lagos. Organized by The Independent newspaper, the event celebrated 70 years of advancing access to education in Nigeria and featured a distinguished gathering of leaders from academia, politics, and the private sector.

Seated beside her was Prof. Barth Nnaji, Chairman and CEO of Geometric Power Ltd, who served as the Guest Lecturer, and Barr.
