At the opening of the Nigerian Bar Association 2024 Annual General Conference, held at the Eko Hotel Auditorium in Lagos was graced with Chief Barr. Sam Otoboeze, Chief Frank Agbedo, a Renowned Authority & Author in Human Rights Law, was positioned directly to the left. Chief Cy Akaolisa, the Attorney General of Imo State, was seated next to him.
