The 13th June, 2024 was a great and memorable day for the pupils of Community Primary School [CPS] Ochima, as Barr. Sam. Otoboeze Foundation donated new uniform to all the pupils, with extra 1-2 sets for those who took 1st- 3rd positions in each class, from Nursery 1- Primary 5. The best perforing pupils in each class also have Honours Badge stitched on their uniform. The donation was a response to the poor showing of the pupils during the BSOF Easter Empowerment Retreat held on 2nd April 2024, at which a promise was made to sew new uniform for all the pupils. The President of the Foundation, Barr. Sam. Otoboeze, also used the opportunity to advocate hard work among the pupils and teachers; and increased the annual Best Teacher award from N10,000 to N20,000. The event was graced by the Traditional Ruler of Ochima, HRH, Igwe Hyacinth Ugwuogbuke [the Ezechiwetere 1 of Ochima Ebinye Ancient Kingdom] and the President General of the town, Engr. Gerald Ubaka Okwesili.

The event highlighted the importance of fostering entrepreneurship and innovation among the youth to drive economic growth and create opportunities for sustainable development.
